v4.24.0 — Animated line and fill colors

Added

• gradient.colors accepts a SharedValue<string[]>, so the area fill can
  change color on the UI thread without a re-render. Keep at least 2 stops in
  it; its positions apply as given.
• line.color accepts a SharedValue<string>, so the stroke and the built-in
  scrub selection dot can change color on the UI thread without a re-render.
  Parts that read the line color at render time (a custom selection dot's
  color, segment base color, area-dot tint, threshold rest color) use the
  palette line color when line.color is animated.

Fixed

• Static single-series charts now re-settle when maxValue, referenceValue, or
  reference range values change, including bounds arriving after a data update.
