Subshell 0.84-beta

Subshell 0.84: new-post notifications, text selection and one sign-in for everything

Highlights:

• Get a notification when a community you choose has a new post: "Notify about new posts" in the community's ⋮ menu (up to 10 communities).
• Long press to select and copy text in posts, comments and messages, with Android's Copy, Share and Translate.
• Sign-in asks for every permission once. Modmail, mod log and the wiki no longer ask again (accounts signed in before approve one more time).
• If sign-in stops working because Reddit or RedReader changed something, you can edit the redirect URI and user agent yourself, in Settings or during setup.
• Short confirmations such as "Muted r/x" now disappear by themselves.

Under the hood:

• Settings and setup say "this device" instead of "this phone".
• Backups now include the communities you watch for new posts.
