Subshell 0.90-beta

Subshell 0.90: home-screen widgets, and plain answers when Reddit blocks

Highlights:

• Two home-screen widgets. Inbox shows how many items are unread and the newest ones. Posts shows Home or a community you've joined. Add them from your launcher's widget list.
• When Reddit blocks a request from third-party apps, subshell now says so instead of showing a generic error. The mod queue no longer blames your moderator role for it.
• Settings › Diagnostics › Check Reddit access shows which kinds of reads Reddit answers right now and adds the result to the diagnostic report.
• Open prefilled GitHub issue copies the report so you can paste it.
• Hide read posts is remembered for each account, and a greyed-out item says why. Reset read markers no longer looks like a refresh button.
• A short list no longer hides the top bar and bottom navigation when you drag it, and an empty Unread inbox no longer keeps loading older pages.
