• Browser element refs stay unique across repeated snapshots, so a
  click or type can no longer act on a different element than the one
  it names. Ambiguous matches are rejected instead of picking the first.

• Free-tier message, fill_form hint and tool descriptions updated
  for OpenAI store compliance.
• ask_brightdata_assistant polls every 2s and waits up to 60s for a
  reply (was 30s).
• CI installs the packed npm package and runs tests before publishing.
