Dictionaries for seventeen more languages download again, and a language picked in Android's own
list stays picked.
- Downloading a dictionary under Dictionaries works again. The 3.x builds asked for files in the
2.x line's format, could not read them, and showed a failure for every language. A new set in
3.x's own format now serves German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Russian
(spell-checked), and Czech, Danish, Greek, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish,
Ukrainian and Vietnamese as "Basic" lists built from how often words are used, which still
carry some common misspellings. Words keep their own letters, so Polish offers "żółw" for
"zolw". Russian and Vietnamese lists are small for now (about 20,000 and 10,000 words). - A language picked in Android's keyboard-language settings, Polish for example, no longer
flips straight back to English, and the keyboard's own language switch can return to it. At
start the keyboard only moves to that language when its dictionary is on the phone, so
suggestions are never lost, and it moves the moment the dictionary finishes downloading. - "That is great." dictated and stopped, then "three exclamation points" in a second session,
now gives "That is great!!!" instead of "That is great.!!!". A full stop you typed yourself is
never replaced.
