v0.4.8
What's new since v0.4.3
- Nothing persisted outside the repository. The script of a project's last run is remembered for the session only; a later session's handoff starts from the saved copy under
.claude/workflows/. The plugin's key-value store is no longer used. (0.4.8) - No program runs. The save lock is gone: the read-compare in the save already refuses a write over a file another session changed. (0.4.7)
- A broken project file keeps your edit. A save over a file that holds no valid project keeps the edit on the board, unsaved; each save retries, and
fwrites the board over the file. Claude's edits are denied until the file is fixed. (0.4.4) - A run held stopped that a later notice ends done still asks to save. (0.4.4)
- The designer's header drops the animated mark; the name and legend take the full width. (0.4.5)
- The README's permissions section is a list, and the saved-script path is spelled where it is written.

v0.4.3
What's new since v0.4.1
- No more silent overwrites between sessions. Two sessions sharing a root no longer overwrite each other's project saves. A save that finds the file changed in another session writes nothing, and the board shows the other session's version.
- Press
uonce to bring back your version with your edit, saved over the other one. Press it again to go back to before your edit. - If you pressed Enter in a field, the text stays in the field, and Enter sends it on top of the other session's version.
- Claude's edits from an older read are refused until it reads the project again, and Claude is told the change came from another session.
- Press
- Plan strip keeps what's beneath it. The strip in the band above the prompt now leaves in place what other plugins and Claude Code draw there. (0.4.2)
- The plugin is now described as a terminal UI for agent workflows.

v0.4.1
What's new since v0.3.7
- Plan strip above the prompt. The band now shows the plan's step titles in order with the run's marks (spinner, done, failed), centred on the current step. The designer minimizes only while a workflow runs or a replay is on the board.
- Inline handoff. Claude reads the last script and passes it inline, names the last run's id and journal, and asks only about what's unresolved, stating worst-case agents and wall-clock otherwise.
- Fewer questions. Offer and Visualize questions have two options; stored Always/Never answers are gone. "resume"/"continue" approve.
- Save finished runs. A project's run that ends done offers to save its script to
.claude/workflows/<name>.js. - Prompt knob removed (a saved prompt opens as part of logic); project transcript rows draw one line each.
- README restructured; new demo.
