Require explore potential bug but need it package to perform test

  • check if published nuget package could be installed and used within some basic test on Windows platform
    (check possibility to locate Postgres binaries)
  • check if published nuget package could be installed and used within some basic test on Linux platform (check possibility to locate Postgres binaries)
