User Guide 1.18.28

  • Hide the branch-protection setup subsection on the Surrey site while preserving it on the public guide, and retarget the Surrey measurement links.
  • Add the Edit workflow swimlane diagram, its editable draw.io source, and guidance for GitLab and GitHub readers.
  • Add render and diagram regression checks for both site variants.

The GitHub Documentation workflow passed on the tagged main commit, including deployment and live-site verification.
