Fix desktop artifact check false positives on macOS framework bundles

The resources-directory scan was a generic recursive search for any
directory literally named "resources", which also matched Electron's
own macOS framework bundles (Electron Framework.framework, Mantle,
ReactiveObjC, Squirrel under Contents/Frameworks/*/Versions/A/Resources)
and flagged them as missing the app's client bundle. Replace it with a
targeted lookup of only the two locations electron-builder actually
produces: <platformDir>/resources (win/linux unpacked) and
<platformDir>/<Name>.app/Contents/Resources (mac bundles).
