Modular Compagnon 1.0
Modular Compagnon 1.0
FR

A free firmware for the M-VAVE SMK-37 Elite, by Alexis Arakis (Bungle Society).
- Sixteen Modular Town and Neon Town sounds, one control for each thing, no banks or submenus.
- An arpeggiator (hold ARP: K2 the mode, K3 the speed, K4 the tempo) that follows a DAW's MIDI clock by itself and sends its notes over MIDI (Logic, Ableton… record the arpeggio).
- CHORD: an A 440 to tune an instrument to.
- The echo glides like an analog delay when you move its time; the vintage (FX): tape wow, saturation.
- Four companions living in the screen (GLOBE, K8): the cat, the fox, the robot, the fish (the whole screen becomes his aquarium). They listen when you play and sleep at night.
- The same on every SMK-37: nothing of a former Felucca session or setting carries over.
Install: https://bunglesociety.github.io/modular-compagnon/install/ (Chrome or Edge), or the Modular-Compagnon-1.0.html file below, opened from your computer. Going back to the original firmware is on the same page, with M-VAVE's official SMK-37_Elite_016.fwsc file.
