Simplify tunnels to Cloudflare only (removed ngrok/tailscale - ngrok requires auth for all tunnels)
Add Cloudflare authentication detection
Add named tunnel support with custom port
API exposes auth status and available named tunnels
UI shows named tunnel dropdown only when authenticated
