DupFinder 1.0.0 — first release.

Content-aware duplicate video finder with a local web UI for Windows.

  • Detects duplicates by a perceptual hash of sampled frames (also across different containers or re-encodes) and by exact byte-copy fingerprint.
  • Review groups side by side in the browser; unwanted copies go to the Windows recycle bin (recoverable).
  • FFmpeg is downloaded automatically on first run — nothing to bundle or install.

Run it with one or more folders:

DupFinder.exe "D:\Movies" "E:\Clips"
