Changed

  • Chief moved into the sidebar's BySpace menu and opens the full-page Home workspace; the floating window and its button are gone
  • The new-workspace role control lists the roles the daemon offers, with "No role" leading, replacing the single-role toggle
  • The Home workspace now runs in $BYSPACE_HOME/chief, so the daemon's own files stay out of the assistant's working directory

  • Fixed the agent role picked on the new-workspace screen being dropped on the foreground creation path
  • Fixed pi subagents launched from a codemode script rendering as Loading forever and opening blank
  • Fixed a terminal's process tree surviving the terminal closing and its worktree being archived
