This release adds frequency scaling, which re-tunes the notes based on the difference between the SN76489 clock frequency specified in the VGM file and the Apricot's. This uses a pretty clumsy heuristic which only finds pairs of high/low counter writes, so it may not work on all files. But it works for a sample set of like five files so *shrug*. With that fixed, it became more obvious that the timing was a little slow, so that has also been tweaked. The timing routine was optimized slightly to move timer scaling to the load process.
