CLI tool to search for GitHub users and projects.

💽 Installation

$ go get github.com/C-Anirudh/gitinfo

To be able to run the command from anywhere in the computer, run the following commands

$ cd $GOPATH/bin/
$ sudo cp gitinfo /usr/bin/gitinfo

🚀 Usage

$ gitinfo --help

OR

$ gitinfo
Usage: gitinfo [options]
Options:
         -u      The GitHub username of the person      (required input)
         -f      The file name with path and .json extension to which information has to be copied
                 Path should be relative to home directory

$ gitinfo -u kenneth-reitz -f /Desktop/sample.json
Username                      :  kenneth-reitz
Name                          :  Kenneth Reitz
Email                         :  
Bio                           :  @storyscript.
