RAME Code v0.1.0 — Public Preview

First public preview of RAME Code, created from scratch during the Meta Global AI Developer Hackathon 2026.

This release provides the initial VS Code agent foundation with local Muse Glimmer and Meta Model API support, Agent/Mission/Chat modes, explicit permission profiles, host-verified action records, bounded workspace tools, persistent threads, cancellation and generation controls.

Install manually with VS Code → Extensions → … → Install from VSIX. Use a disposable project for evaluation; this preview is not a production security boundary.

Verified baseline: 269 automated tests passed. Production dependency audit: 0 vulnerabilities.
