Messenger Incoming

The messenger integration sets some flags depending on what type of message is received

Event Flags

NOTE: These flags will only be set when using the RequestExtractionMiddleware

The integration will always set the flag fb:eventtype. It can be one of the following values

• quickreply - When the user clicks on a quickreply button
• message - When the user sends a text message
• payload - When the user clicks a button or something on the persistent menu
• referral - When the user receives a referral
• coordinates - When the user sends the location via a location quickreply
• attachment - When the user sends an image or file

Other Flags

NOTE: These flags will only be set when using the RequestExtractionMiddleware

The integration will set some other flags during request extraction, but only during specific situations

• fb:location - Set when the user has sent coordinates (is of type WHCoordinates)
• fb:attachmenturl - Set when the user sends an attachment. (is of type string)
• fb:referral - Set when the event is a referral. (is of type WHReferral)
