Bedrock snapshot of the app as of this point — the stable base going forward.
Included:
- Local music library: upload, storage (Vercel Blob), audio analysis (BPM/key/energy/beat-grid), lyrical fingerprinting, dual-deck crossfade mixing, Auto DJ, playlists, Must-Play/Do-Not-Play curation
- YouTube integration: Connect YouTube, import playlists, playback via the IFrame Player API alongside local tracks
Not included / removed:
- Spotify integration was built (OAuth, playlist import, Web Playback SDK) but removed after the SDK never reliably played audio in real-world testing
- "Drop the Needle" (pure random shuffle) removed — Shuffle Play (compatibility-ordered) is the only shuffle mode now
