Changes to /api/vin endpoint:

Improves VIN to vehicle trim matching.
Adds verbosity query parameter option. If "yes" then body, engine and mileage data will be included in the results. Default is "no".
Adds all_trims query parameter option. If "yes" then all trims matching the VINs model are returned, otherwise only trims matching the VIN characteristics are returned. Default is "no".
