Fixed a CHANGELOG backtick-link false positive: the v9.3.0 entry's mention of the retired uppercase OBSERVABILITY.md/TESTING.md filenames tripped DocumentationLinksTest, which treats any backtick-quoted path-like mention in a .md file as a link to verify.
Renamed ROADMAP.md and the six UPGRADE-N.0.md files under docs/ to lowercase (roadmap.md, upgrade-N.0.md), the only docs/ filenames left out of the earlier lowercase rename, and updated every internal reference (README, ADRs, CHANGELOG, webhook.md, the landing page and its tests).
Refreshed the stale v9.0.0 "latest release" marker to v9.3.0 in docs/documentation.md, docs/roadmap.md and the landing page copy.
