What IntegrationEngine standardizes

An integration is built from stateless actions, runtime body/context values, mappers, typed response DTOs and a small application-facing facade. The engine handles configuration lookup, authentication, token caching, runtime connections, middleware, HTTP transport, batching, response mapping, lifecycle events and optional webhook parsing.
