Companion App Redesign

Complete redesign focused on what a phone companion actually needs: reading, task triage, and quick capture.

New editing model

• Rendered markdown view (default) with interactive task checkboxes and due/remind date pickers
• Edit mode: whole-note markdown editor with a context-aware Material Icons toolbar
• Toolbar handles: headings, tasks, bullet/numbered lists, bold, italic, links, due dates, reminders, indent/outdent, file upload, document attach

File browser

• FAB with dropdown for creating notes and folders (replaces always-visible chips)
• Long-press for context menus (replaces per-row 3-dot buttons)
• Folder rows visually distinguished with tinted background
• Larger tap targets for comfortable phone use

Other improvements

• Folder breadcrumb navigation
• Settings: inline text fields replace full-screen sub-pages
• Fix: initial sync no longer skips pages when folders load first
• Fix: toolbar crash on last line of a note
• Fix: due/remind fields use correct [due: DATE] bracket syntax
• ~3,750 net lines removed
