Repository navigation
Features
- Copy file path in the staged and unstaged file context menus now copies the full absolute path, using the platform's path separators, instead of a repository-relative path.
- Added Show in Explorer / Show in file manager to reveal an existing file in its containing folder. The action is disabled for deleted files.
Fixes
- Fixed merge edges passing through unrelated commits by joining the existing first-parent branch route and reusing its color. (#2, thanks to @Crazy-MT!)
- Fixed a follow-up rendering issue where a merge directly above its parent could redraw the shared bend with a smaller curve and make it appear thicker. The existing bend is now preserved in both directions and when resizing the graph column, with regression coverage for these cases.
- Preserved file-tree scroll position and manually expanded or collapsed folders when repository status refreshes without changing the selected file.
- Stopped empty submodule lists from flickering during background refreshes. The loading indicator now appears only for the initial load of a repository's submodule list.
Documentation and metadata
- Corrected Rust and npm package license metadata to match the repository's existing MPL-2.0 license.
- Added a privacy notice covering local data, credentials, network requests, avatar lookups, update checks and available controls.
- Added a code-signing policy documenting updater signatures, Windows installer signing and the build and publication process.
- Updated the README to accurately describe existing GitHub and GitHub Enterprise repository operations, credential handling, public avatar lookups and background network activity.
