I hope that this is how you would like the submissions to arrive...I've got a working directory with my original file, and it also contains the actual submission, denoted by the "Bonus_Notebook" in the title. Let me know if there are any issues, and happy holidays!
Added a README and Copyright line, in addition to several clarifications in the notebook at the request of my in-class group.

I've noticed that my canopy editor doesn't do an accurate job of showing what an html browser will show.

Comments lineup in Canopy and Github code, but nbviewer is doing something weird with them.
Doesn't affect any coding or second notebook.
Added the MIT code license and made grammatical changes to the body. Fixed a couple places where subscript help to explain what each variable corresponds to in the 3D grid, and went a bit more in depth about the Leapfrog choice (with regards to the CFL condition).
