Multi-harness transcript ingestion — Codex sessions are now ingested alongside Claude Code. A new HarnessAdapter seam (cairn.ingest.harness) owns each harness's transcript location, container format, and structural classification; cairn sweep/cairn ingestauto-detect every harness present on disk (Claude Code + Codex) and ingest them in one pass, narrowable with --harness or CAIRN_HARNESSES (--transcripts-dir now requires a single explicit --harness). The Codex adapter maps ~/.codex/sessions/.../rollout-*.jsonl with the same positive-identification, fail-closed discipline as Claude Code: only affirmatively-recognized authored user prose becomes a candidate, and a role=user row that is actually an injected block (# AGENTS.md, <INSTRUCTIONS>, <environment_context>, …) is demoted via a tag-backstop and never written. NormalizedEvent now carries its originating harness (provenance plumbing). The redaction → judge → consolidation → reindex pipeline is unchanged; Gemini and Cursor are designed-for but deferred to later cycles.
