todoage v0.1.0

First release of todoage: how old are your TODOs?

• Finds TODO, FIXME, HACK, XXX (or your own --tags) in every tracked file
• Uses git blame --line-porcelain -w to show who wrote each one and how long ago, oldest first
• Filters: --older-than 6mo, --author, paths; sort by age, file or author
• Summary by tag and author, --json output, and --fail-older-than 1y as a CI gate
• Uncommitted lines are reported as new; binary and ignored files are skipped
• Tested on Linux, macOS and Windows
