Test build of the Windows installer, not a release. Only SwitchWakerHD-Installer.exe is new: it still builds the v1.0.0 release (it downloads its zip), so the game is the same as v1.0.0.

Fixes being tested, for v1.0.1:

  • devkitPro downloads refused (#28): when pkg.devkitpro.org answers 403 and the installer downloads through Python, older devkitPro installs (pacman before 6.1) checked the new package lists against old signatures ("signature ... is invalid"). The installer now fetches the signatures too, and uses Windows' own curl when Python can't verify a certificate ("unable to get local issuer certificate").
  • "No module named pip": with devkitPro's msys2\usr\bin on the PATH, the installer picked MSYS2's Python, which has no pip. It now only takes a Windows Python.

The installer is not signed yet, so Windows may warn before running it. If it fails, please attach installer.log (in %USERPROFILE%\SwitchWakerHD-Build\) to #28.
