Added: memory_forget (correction path for wrong lessons), memory_search type filter, npm metadata, CHANGELOG/CONTRIBUTING, issue+PR templates, pre-push test gate hook.
Changed: MCP tools run in-process (3.8 ms/call vs 73.7 ms spawn path), recency-ranked memory search, protocol version echo.
Fixed: unbounded task queue (capped at 500, pending work never dropped).
