v0.6.4 — Partial uninstall keeps the shared core

Fixed

• uninstall --harness <one tool> broke every other tool. It always deleted
  the shared core in ~/.graphyloop, which OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex,
  DeepSeek Harness, Oh My Pi, Gemini CLI and Cursor all run their MCP server or
  plugin from. The core is now removed only after the last tool with a
  graphyloop entry is uninstalled; until then uninstall says which tools still
  use it. Project memory in <project>/.graphyloop/ was never affected.
