Security maintenance release. Refreshes the locked TLS, certificate-verification, root-bundle, cryptography and HTTP transport dependencies, including rustls-webpki 0.103.16, webpki-root-certs 1.0.10, rustls 0.23.46, aws-lc-rs 1.18.2, h2 0.4.20 and quinn-proto 0.11.19.
Native CLI archives are built with cargo build --release --locked. Each archive includes the committed Cargo.lock and build provenance, and its extracted executable passes --version and --help. Verify downloads with SHA256SUMS.
Source installs require Rust 1.85 or newer: cargo install --locked trickery --version 0.1.4. The old 1.75 manifest declaration was inaccurate; published 0.1.3's locked ICU graph already required 1.83. CLI arguments and output formats are unchanged. Prebuilt binaries do not require Rust.
Native runtime requirements (verified from the final artifacts): Linux x86_64 needs GNU libc 2.34 or newer; Linux ARM64 needs GNU libc 2.38 or newer. Both macOS archives target macOS 11.0 or newer. Windows x86_64 is built and smoke-tested on Windows Server 2022. Other OS/device versions are not implied tested; these are GNU libc builds, not musl builds.

Validation: 73 Rust tests, native locked release builds and extracted-archive executable smoke tests on all five targets; dedicated Rust 1.85 compiler check. Final native build and test run. Every attached archive and build JSON identifies this exact source and lockfile.
