v0.1.3 — Shared OAuth connection for Image Editor

• Add a same-process Cordis connection interface limited to account, upload and layer operations. The original 12 designer tools and design workflow remain unchanged.
• Refresh the existing OAuth grant once for an insufficient_scope challenge; preserve the original authorization and task records.
• Read the MCP client version from package metadata and update installation guidance to reflect the merged marketplace listing.

Validation: 9 tests passed, including real DSH host contracts, OAuth, file transfer and MCP fixtures. The preceding dev.1 runtime was verified in a real macOS DSH session with the image-editor companion, including 100-credit layer separation, external browser editing, saved-document PSD export and download. No credentials were copied.

Install the attached .tgz through DSH Plugins → Add plugin. Existing website projects and personal authorization remain with the original plugin. The marketplace's pinned package update requires a separate catalog PR.
