Client 0.2.9

This version adds support for the randomizer major version increment 0.5.x.

• Doesn't crash in multiworlds with a larger variety of games.
• Doesn't allow victory in progressive modes by undoing.
  • Policy is still not to implement any kind of undo support, so don't expect anything else to change about locations.
• Minor fix allowing "capture any 2" independent of on capture order (e.g. 1 pawn 1 piece would not release "capture any 2").
