Installation

1. Install Docker Desktop (one-time) — docker.com/products/docker-desktop
2. Download California-District-Mapper-v0.1.1.zip below and unzip it
3. Mac: Double-click Launch California District Mapper.command
   Windows: Double-click Launch California District Mapper.bat
4. Your browser opens automatically when the app is ready

The first launch downloads district data and may take a few minutes.

Mac: if the launcher is blocked

If macOS shows "Apple could not verify… is free of malware", dismiss the dialog,
open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the bottom, and click
Open Anyway next to the blocked launcher. Confirm with your password / Touch ID.
Repeat once for the Stop launcher. You only need to do this the first time.
