PeonPad 0.1.0 Preview 1 is the first public unsigned IPA build.

Important:

The IPA is unsigned. It must be signed with your own Apple account or a sideloading service you trust before installation.
The IPA contains no Warcraft II data, Aleona data, installer, MPQ, save, provisioning profile, or signing credential.
You must own Warcraft II and separately extract a complete data.Wargus folder on a computer.
After installing, copy that folder to On My iPad > PeonPad > data.Wargus through Files or Finder, then relaunch PeonPad.
iPadOS 16 or later is required.

What changed:

Added a data-free iOS distribution build, strict app audit, and deterministic IPA packager.
Added Files-visible Documents/data.Wargus discovery and validation with a clear missing-data message.
Kept embedded game data behind an explicit private-development build mode.
Bundled the GPL-2.0 and third-party license notices and published the exact corresponding source archive.

Validation:

Clean-clone host-tool and unsigned arm64/iOS 16 Release build passed.
The app and IPA audits rejected prohibited game/private/signing content and local build paths.
Two independently packaged clean-clone IPAs were byte-identical.
A physical M2 iPad Pro passed in-place install, missing-data messaging, byte-verified user-data transfer, title/menu launch, and preference-value preservation.
