• Relationship with same internal name (GUID) by changing table names that were originially in both source and target
• Different possible paths to an active dimension table (source gives you a different active relationship than existing in target). The one from the target wins.
• Same table name different connection
• Create measure/KPI that already exists in target, but in a different table
• Import to blank model (stub project)
• Create relationship to non unique key column
• Reopen the BIM file in middle of comparison invalidates comparison
