• Prevent duplicate task mounting through one idempotent window commit.

• Update selection during ordinary scrolling without restarting navigation or cancelling prose requests.

• Restore measured task heights when replacing spacers; retain section measurements and paragraph anchors. Ignore stale prefetches and detached observers.

• Retry superseded payload requests; retain Important/Marked, notes, search and report navigation.

• 修复同一任务重复挂载，统一窗口增删逻辑。

• 普通滚动仅更新选中任务，不重启导航或取消正文请求。

• 恢复旧任务时保留实测高度与段落位置，忽略过期预加载和已移除节点的观察回调。

• 修复取消请求后的重新加载，保留审阅、笔记、搜索和报告阅读。

Validation: 30 Python tests, seven frontend suites, and real-server task 830–834 forward/backward/changing-direction checks. The reader stays bounded to three task DOM nodes. Native discovery remains enabled; source data stays strictly read-only. No session/index migration is required. Measurements and scope are in performance notes.

验证包含实际大会话 830–834 前后及反复翻阅、不同高度、重复插入、迟到响应与阅读位置测试。正文保持最多三个任务节点，Native 发现开启，Codex 原始数据严格只读，无需重建索引。

Fixed / 修复

• Important, Marked, Later, Reviewed and note edits now reach the existing review-state API. The missing frontend save handler previously caused clicks to fail before sending a request.

• Restore next/previous buttons, J/K and command-palette task navigation.

• Update review controls, navigator badges and counts without reloading prose or moving the reading position. Serialize writes and disable duplicate pending toggles.

• Failed saves show a message and retain unsaved note text; failed marks are not displayed as saved.

• Add regressions covering actual clicks, keyboard actions, all review flags, notes, persistence, errors, filtering and source integrity.

• 恢复 Important、Marked、Later、Reviewed 和笔记保存：此前缺失前端保存函数，点击后未发出请求。

• 恢复上下任务按钮、J/K 与命令面板导航。

• 原位更新按钮、左侧标记及统计，保留正文和阅读位置；保存请求串行处理，避免重复点击。

• 保存失败明确提示，保留未保存笔记，不把失败标记显示为已保存。

• 补充实际点击、快捷键、全部标记、笔记、持久化、失败、筛选及源文件完整性测试。

Includes the continuous reader from 6.3.0-dev.3. Native discovery remains enabled. Codex-owned sessions, rollouts, config and auth stay strictly read-only; only CodexView review state is written. No index rebuild or transcript-format change is required.

Changes / 更新

• Continuous task scrolling retains evicted heights and preloads adjacent prose; asynchronous loading no longer seeks back to the task start.

• Sticky task context, visible-page new-content notifications and explicit Follow latest; manual reading pauses following.

• Section chunks inside exceptional tasks retain deep search and reading recovery.

• Optional compressed search cache: explicit build/update, cancellation, append support, bounded storage and streaming fallback; Chinese substrings preserved.

• Report links from loaded tasks, local image zoom, HTML image navigation and explicit parent/fork session links.

• 连续翻阅保留移出任务的高度并预加载邻接正文，移除异步加载后的回跳。

• 顶部任务上下文、新增内容提示、主动跟随最新；手动阅读暂停跟随。

• 超长单任务分块，保留深层搜索定位和阅读恢复。

• 已读任务报告入口、图片放大、HTML 图片导航及明确元数据支持的会话关系。

On a 755-task / approximately 616 MB real session, 100-sample warm endpoint p95 values remained below 23 ms on server loopback. Three unique cache queries improved from 5.6–6.8 s to 2.8–3.7 s with identical results; explicit initial preparation took about 11 s. These are workload-specific HTTP/query measurements, not first-paint guarantees. See performance scope.

Limits / 边界

Native discovery stays enabled. Codex-owned sessions, rollouts, config and auth are strictly read-only. Search cache preparation is optional and never runs on entry. Each cache is capped at 128 MiB, with two ready caches and at most one additional temporary build. Caches contain conversation text and require the same access protection as the viewer. Search returns at most 200 records. Reports and images retain configured roots and bounded reads. HTML scripts, forms and external resources remain blocked. Relationships without explicit metadata are not inferred. No built-in authentication or multi-user review isolation is provided.

Native 会话发现保持开启，Codex 原始数据严格只读。缓存需主动准备，每份最多 128 MiB，保留两份就绪缓存及最多一份临时构建。缓存含会话文本，应与阅读器采用相同访问保护。搜索最多 200 条，报告目录和体积限制不变，HTML 脚本与外部资源保持禁用，不猜测未声明的会话关系，不内置登录或多用户审阅隔离。

First-time search of very large files can take several seconds and returns up to 200 matching records. This is a personal viewer without built-in login or multi-user access control; use a trusted network or authenticated proxy. Not every Codex CLI record format has been validated.
