Ser Manos v1.0.0 — Initial Public Release

This is the first stable version of Ser Manos, a cross-platform mobile application designed to connect users with volunteer opportunities based on their interests and location.

The application includes email and password-based user authentication, real-time browsing and searching of volunteer opportunities, and the ability to apply directly within the app. Each opportunity provides rich details including images, descriptions, available slots, and map integration for location-based discovery. Users can mark opportunities as favorites and complete their personal profiles, including uploading a profile picture via camera or gallery access.

A dedicated news section allows users to stay updated on recent developments and share content externally. The app supports deep linking for navigation and uses real-time updates through Firebase Cloud Firestore to ensure data remains current across sessions and devices. Push notifications are implemented using Firebase Cloud Messaging and Flutter’s local notifications for in-app alerts.

The codebase is built using Flutter and integrates Firebase services for authentication, Firestore, storage, messaging, analytics, and crash reporting. State management is handled with Riverpod and routing is implemented using go_router. The project includes both unit and golden tests, achieving 68% total code coverage.
