Version 2.0

Pushed version to 2.0 as this version using updated database tables.

Highlights:
-- Support MySensors smartSleep by buffering messages.
-- Now correctly removes database tables on uninstall
-- Fixed SSL support (I hope)
-- Added table indexes to improve performance
-- Updated the blog with more information about settings/smartsleep

Important Notes:
This version is incompatible with version 1. Also version 1 won't uninstall correctly as it does not remove the database tables. Suggest installing 2 via wordpress panel and then uninstalling (to remove version 1 tables), then reinstalling version 2.

If you don't want to do this then remove version 1, then remove this table wp_mqttcogs_plugin_data, then remove the MqttCogs_Plugin_MQTT_ keys from the wp_options table.
