What this release adds

• Cheap catch-up — attention_history { compact: true } returns the latest summary plus
  only the messages after it, and the wake-up message carries the latest summary (per-room
  switch wakeSummary, default on). A member who was away no longer reads the whole log.
• Direct summary, no 群管理 needed — the panel summarises with the deployment's own model
  service; no session is woken and the plugin ships no API key.
• Transcript-size dashboard — estimated tokens per room, everywhere labelled 「估算」.
• Panel polish — blue speaker labels at text size, a collapsible room list, a scroll
  position the 5s poll no longer steals, and a 「jump to latest」 button.
