• Redesign the documentation frontend as a compact GMod Wiki and CN PayNow
  hybrid, using approved Civil Networks branding and a restrained dark theme.
• Add a responsive application header, documentation index, search experience,
  home page, and shared not-found and error states.
• Show client, server, and shared realm badges beside sidebar entries and in
  function signatures.
• Improve reference-page density, typography, tables, code highlighting, link
  colours, inheritance links, and small-screen navigation.
• Fix multi-return function signatures so return types are separated with
  commas, and remove incidental whitespace around types, method colons, unions,
  and parameters.
• Add the CN PayNow theme specification and packaged CN branding assets.
