Bug-fix release for 2.1.0.

Fixed

• The advanced (non-wizard) settings page rendered no fields in 2.1.0: the rename changed the page slug passed to do_settings_sections() along with the text domain, so WordPress found no registered sections. Only the Save button and the import/export panel showed. The wizard, login flow and saved settings were unaffected.
• Removed the Domain Path plugin header, which pointed at an empty folder not shipped in release packages.

No settings changes are required. Sites on 2.1.0 pick this up through the in-plugin updater.
