New /wrap command: rules on whether a session can end here — finish it now, or turn the work into something durable (sidenote, committed doc, issue, or pushed branch + draft PR) and say it's safe to delete the worktree. The test is what dies when the worktree dies, not what feels important.
Claude Code now gets its skills and commands from the greybeard plugin only, through claude plugin. The installer no longer copies them into ~/.claude/ — having both put two copies of every command in the resolver, drifting apart as soon as one channel updated. Existing copies are removed on the next run, so a machine de-duplicates itself.
