WPBakery Responsive Device Toggles

All Filter Panel settings in WPBakery now have device toggle buttons (desktop/tablet/mobile) allowing you to set different values per breakpoint.

Responsive Fields:

• Show Filter Panel
• Panel Width
• Panel Height
• Transparent Background
• Frosted Glass Effect
• Show Header
• Button Style
• Show Individual Items

New Fields:

• Mobile Filter Display (below/drawer/hidden)
• Mobile Filter Style (inherit/list/pills)

Technical Details

• Values stored as pipe-separated: desktop|tablet|mobile
• Breakpoints: Desktop >1024px, Tablet 769-1024px, Mobile ≤768px
• Values inherit from larger breakpoints if not set
• Removed Mobile Filter Height from global admin (Panel Height is now responsive)
