convertArchive can now replace the source's embedded comic metadata in
the output through options.metadata (a per-schema record of
ComicMetadata). When given, the source's ComicInfo.xml/MetronInfo.xml
entries are dropped. Each supplied schema is then written the way the
target format stores it: a comicMetadata header key for asar, or a
root-level {schema}.xml entry for every other format.

This lets callers move metadata between xml entries and the asar
header in a single conversion pass. It also lets asar-to-asar
conversions keep their header metadata; the asar writer rebuilds the
header from scratch and previously dropped it.

The asar adapter accepts a comicMetadata write option and patches it
into the header after packaging.
