Each dependent repo should have a last-known-good sha1 associated with it that is used by clojure-install and clojure-update.

Not sure if this is related, but currently clojure-install doesn't compile clojure-contrib properly (if I run ant clean && ant in clojure-contrib I get errors). In order to fix it I switched to master on clojure and rebuilt clojure and clojure-contrib.

Thanks, but M-x clojure-install is going to be deprecated in favour of moving the functionality to swank-clojure. Watch for a release in a few days.
