Install (in master-ami.sh / master user data) with

kubectl apply -f https://github.com/cloudacademy/metrics-server/releases/download/1.25/components.yaml

Moving to follow https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/metrics-server/releases releases. (Pinning to k8s version number here)

The attached components.yaml is the same as the 0.6.1 release with the addition of
--kubelet-insecure-tls
as an option in the metrics server pod spec
