Tease 0.3.0 — visual exploration

Tease 0.3.0 is part of the staged update to responsive Rust model demos.

• Local line/scatter/bar plots and validated model-score/probability bars.
• Text areas, checkboxes, multi-selects, units, and help text.
• Validated named presets and session-local scenario comparisons.
• Analytical response example and rendering/control regression tests.

Install with cargo add tease@0.3.0. Rust 1.88 or newer and the platform desktop dependencies in the README are required.

Validation: Rust tests, doctests, JavaScript lifecycle tests, strict lint/docs checks, and an isolated packaged-crate consumer. Native macOS interactions were exercised; interactive Windows/Linux GUI behavior has not been manually verified. The CI results linked to this release record native build/test coverage separately.
