Tease 0.4.0 — images and batch data

Tease 0.4.0 is part of the staged update to responsive Rust model demos.

• Validated local PNG/JPEG inputs, previews, and image outputs.
• CSV import previews, read-only result tables, and complete CSV export.
• Sequential batch prediction with row-level results and errors.
• Image-processing and CSV batch examples with file/format regression tests.

Install with cargo add tease@0.4.0. Rust 1.88 or newer and the platform desktop dependencies in the README are required.

Validation: Rust tests, doctests, JavaScript lifecycle tests, strict lint/docs checks, and an isolated packaged-crate consumer. Native macOS interactions were exercised; interactive Windows/Linux GUI behavior has not been manually verified. The CI results linked to this release record native build/test coverage separately.
