3.5.1 installs a checkm2 that cannot start on Debian 13, Ubuntu 25.04 and
later, or any Linux with glibc 2.41 or newer. It fails on import with
"libtensorflow_cc.so.2: cannot enable executable stack". conda-forge's x86-64
TensorFlow 2.19 builds ask for an executable stack, and those glibc versions
refuse to load such a library. 3.5.2 holds TensorFlow below 2.19, on 2.18,
which does not ask, on CPU and GPU builds alike. Nothing else changes.

Results do not change. CheckM2's report was byte-identical under TensorFlow
2.17, 2.18 and 2.19.1, so machines with an older glibc, where 3.5.1's checkm2
worked, get the same numbers.

Upgrading re-runs checkm2 in an existing output directory, because its
environment changed, and nothing else. No database is fetched again.
