What's new

  • Adjustable opening-animation duration. A new "Effect duration (%)" control in Settings > Ring size and animation scales every preset's timings from 50% (twice as fast) to 200% (twice as slow) of their tuned default, without disturbing each preset's internal stagger. Saved per machine in preferences.json.
  • App icon (extracted from icon.ico) now shows at the top of README.md.

See README.md for features, build instructions (Build.ps1), and actions.json/preferences.json configuration reference.
